What to expect

Never tried SUP Yoga? No problem! East Beach Rentals SUP Yoga classes are for all levels, modifications are offered for beginner’s and advanced options for the more fiery yogis.

Classes begin at 9:30am sharp! There is plenty of parking in front of East Beach Rentals but allow yourself ample time to sign in and be ready to get on the water. Arriving late will hold up classes so please be respectful of fellow students time.

Please leave all personal belongings in your vehicle. East Beach Rentals is not responsible for loss of personal property. I've said good bye to several pairs of sunglasses myself. . .  the ocean does not return!

Class will begin with a quick lesson on paddle boarding, how to get on the board, stand up and paddle.  Students will be guided through every thing you need to know about your paddle board and related equipment. Students will be taught how to drop and reel in anchor (so we don’t float away during our yoga flow) and attached the paddle so you can have a hands free practice. Once anchored out on the open ocean students will then be guided through a sweet salty yoga flow followed by a blissful sun kissed savasana. After that we will gather our anchors and coast in blissful meditation back to land.
